    City of Clouds has a comprehensive measuring guide provided - I have only my experience to provide but hopefully it helps! 

    Small 6-8.5

    Medium 9-12 this is the size my 8yo, in size 3shoes is wearing 

    Large 12.5 - 3.5 this is the size my 10yo, in size 6 shoes is wearing 

    XLarge 4 - 6.5 the size I'm wearing! I'm a ladies size 10.  I would go up a size if it was possible, while this is comfortable for me, I have no sensitivity for socks.  I'd reccomend this up to a ladies 7.
