Got the size wrong? Just send them back, I always take returns within 30days, I want you to have a ring that fits

The size chart is true to size, but you absolutely must use a thin string and pull it as tight as possible - imagine you're trying to measure the bone

If you don't pull it tight you will end up 1-2 sizes too large.  The people having trouble were measuring flush with their skin instead of pulling tight, not seeing how small they could get the measurement.
